Conversion Therapy

A federal court in Pennsylvania granted The Philadelphia Inquirer’s motion to unseal some materials in a civil rights case against the Milton Hershey School brought by a former student who claimed he was forced to “watch gay conversion therapy vidoes” with their surrogate school families. The suit was dismissed in May 2020.

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A federal court in Pennsylvania granted The Philadelphia Inquirer’s motion to unseal some materials in a civil rights case against the Milton Hershey School brought by a former student who claimed he was forced to “watch gay conversion therapy vidoes” with their surrogate school families. The suit was dismissed in May 2020.
