CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. — Solamed O2 sued Airgas USA in federal court, claiming it violated contract by “suspend(ing) delivery of oxygen to more than nine nursing home facilities across multiple states, leaving thousands of patients’ lives at risk.”
