EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – A federal court in Illinois granted a class’ motion to remand their negligence, product liability and other claims against the maker of a contraceptive device. Seventeen women who used the device – manufactured by Bayer – say they suffered health issues and unintended pregnancies.
