An appeals court in Ohio ruled the lower court improperly granted a youth basketball league an injunction in its suit challenging the state’s Covid-19-related restrictions, which distinguish between contact and non-contact sports, finding that “children having the ability to play basketball, soccer, and lacrosse tournaments cannot replace the loss of a loved one.”
