Consumers May Sue Over Artificially Colored Fish

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The California Supreme Court has allowed a consumer class action against grocery stores that allegedly sell farm-raised salmon without disclosing that the fish is artificially colored. The court determined

that plaintiffs' claims were not pre-empted by the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act.
