CHICAGO – A class claims in Cook County court that Summit Tool Company and Ken-Tool Company’s T45HD truck tire iron is an inch and a half shorter than advertised, depriving consumers of the amount of torque they think they’re getting.
The lead plaintiff is Alejandro Reyes.
