CHICAGO – A McDonald’s franchisee charges more for a cheeseburger extra-value meal than if customers bought the two cheeseburgers, medium fries and a medium drink separately, a class claims in Cook County.
The lead plaintiff is James W. Gertie and the defendant is Karis Management Co. Inc. dba McDonald’s.
