IBC-Hearthware sells its Nu Wave Oven with the false claim that it can "reduce the cholesterol levels" of people who cook their food in it, a class action claims in Bergen County Court, Hackensack, N.J.

Hawthorne Architectural Register falsely advertised a N.Y. Yankees "2009 World Champions Express" toy train set for $210, but the set contains more cars than are shown in the ads, and Hawthorne wont send it unless consumers pay $280, according to a class action in Bergen County Court, Hackensack.
