General Mills and Yoplait falsely advertise their Yo-Plus yogurt as containing "exclusive Optibalance bacterial cultures" that provide "digestive health benefits that other yogurt products to do not," a class action claims in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court.

Cardio Fire and the Vitamin Shoppe make false claims for a "Cardio Fire" diet supplement, that allegedly with "release fat from fat cells," and so on, a class claims in Los Angeles Superior Court.
