Career Educational Corp. and Sanford Brown College defrauded students by misrepresenting transferability of credits in their RN program and financial aid opportunities at its Collinsville campus, a class-action complaint claims in Madison County Court, Edwardsville, Ill.

Another class-action complaint accuses L.A. Fitness International of cheating members by abusive sales, billing and cancellation policies, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
