The Select Comfort "Sleep Number" bed is "inherently defective" because of its "propensity to develop and incubate mold," and the company failed to warn consumers of the known defect, a class action claims in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.

Nextel and Sprint Spectrum face another class action, this one in Cook County Court, accusing them of charging customers for cell phone services they don't want and never ordered, including "premium" services from third-party providers.
