Consumer Class Action

AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular South and Virgin Mobile illegally and unfairly bill customers for unwanted and unsolicited text-message services, including some from the defendants themselves, and fail to inform them that they must pay for the service, a class action claims in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court.
