Consumer Class Action

Comcast is accused of improperly charging customers who cancel after receiving inadequate services, in a class action in Santa Clara County Court, Calif. The named plaintiff says he was charged $408 for one month of inadequate, or nonexistent, service, and that he paid it to preserve his credit rating.
