Jackson Hewitt violates Maryland law in collecting money for arranging "Refund Anticipation Loans," a class action claims in Montgomery County Court.

Nextten Stauer cheated consumers by offering a "free" 18-inch cultured pearl necklace, allegedly worth $295, for a "shipping charge" of $25.95, a class action claims in Bergen County Court, Hackensack. The class claims the necklaces aren't worth that much and the shipping didn't cost that much.
