Also sued in the B2B class action are Derwent Cos., Air2Web, MBlox, Motricity, Openmarket, Wireless Services Corp. dba Singlepoint Communications, Verisign, 2Ergo, Nokia, Ericsson, Netpace, Single Touch Interactive, MX Telecom, J2 Global Communications, and Mobile Accord, most of them as respondents in discovery.
