Consumer Class Action

Bekins Van Lines and affiliates defraud customers by lowballing moving estimates, then charging too much, including for services they don't provide, a class action claims in Brooklyn Federal Court. One plaintiff says she was given an estimate of $9,521, then charged $15,000.

Named as defendants with Bekins are Triple Crown Mafucci Storage Corp., Triple Crown Moving & Storage, Judd Levine, and Paul Levine.
