ATLANTA — Journalist Abby Martin sued the University System of Georgia and the president of Georgia Southern University in federal court, claiming they unconstitutionally conditioned an invitation to speak at an academic conference on her agreeing in writing to abandon her speech about the rights of Palestinians.
