A black high school senior sued the Troup County School System, its superintendent and the principal of LaGrange High School in federal court for expelling him for making a rap video, out of school, in the summer, and posting it on YouTube.

NEWNAN, Ga. — A black high school senior brought a federal complaint against the Troup County School System, its superintendent and the principal of LaGrange High School in Georgia after he was expelled for making a rap video, out of school, in the summer, and posting it on YouTube.
