PHOENIX — Americans Muslims for Palestine brought a federal complaint against Arizona State University and Attorney General Mark Brnovich, claiming the state’s ban on “contracting with any boycotter of Israel” unconstitutionally prohibits it from inviting Dr. Hatem Bazian to speak to the group. Bazian is a co-plaintiff.
