Conservatives Sue To Stop Enforcemment| Of Sexual Discrimination Protections

SAN DIEGO (CN) - California's Senate Bill 777, which prohibits sexual discrimination, will cause horrible problems in schools - in locker rooms, for example - the California Education Committee claims in a federal lawsuit. Arnold Schwarzenegger, "recklessly abandons the traditional understanding of biological sex in favor of an elusive definition that is unconstitutionally vague," to unfairly give "special treatment ... for a select few students," the plaintiffs say. See complaint.
