ANCHORAGE — A federal court in Alaska denied a state agency’s bid to dismiss a lawsuit brought by ConocoPhillips Alaska seeking injunctive relief from disclosing well data Wednesday night. The court also granted the oil company’s motion for partial summary judgement, ruling that the commission’s decision to release the company’s info from the National Petroleum Reserve is preempted by federal law.
