ATTORNEYS - Attorney John F. O'Brien filed a motion for an inquiry into possible tampering with evidence after his client was acquitted of custodial interference. The Connecticut Supreme Court found that O'Brien's knowing and unjustifiable persistence in misrepresenting the law regarding the motion constituted a lack of candor that justified the imposition of sanctions.
