Condo Rebel Sues Donald Trump Jr.

MANHATTAN (CN) - Eugenia Kaye has sued Donald Trump Jr. for $100 million, claiming The Donald's son harassed her and arranged for the media to publish false and inflammatory statements about her after she managed to oust him from his seat on the board of an Upper West Side condo building.

Kaye was upset at Donald Jr.'s high-handed treatment of residents of the building on Riverside Boulevard at Trump Place. She claimed, among other things, that Trump forced residents to traipse across town to read monthly minutes at dad's headquarters, and would not hand out copies, but made them read them right there. She also questioned what she felt were fishy expenditures.

Kaye hand-addressed letters to all 420 condo association members and got enough proxies to boot Trump and the rest of his board from office in November; then she was elected to the board.

Kaye, who is the wife of movie director Tony Kaye, made the front page of New York tabloids after her condo insurrection.
