Concussed

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois granted the Southeastern Conference’s motion to dismiss former college football players’ fraud, negligence, breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims arising from the organization’s alleged failure to protect them from concussions and profit-motivated rush to return injured players to play. The court lacks personal jurisdiction over the suit.
