Computer Firm Will Cough Up $10 Million

WASHINGTON (CN) - Satyam Computer Services, of Hyderabad, India, will pay $10 million to settle an SEC complaint that it overstated its income by more than $1 billion over 5 years. In a separate, related settlement, PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Indian affiliates will pay $6 million for shoddy audits that enabled the accounting fraud.
