CompuCredit Must Cough Up $114 Million

WASHINGTON (CN) - CompuCredit, which pushes subprime credit Visa and MasterCards, will return more than $114 million to consumers to settle a deceptive trade complaint, the FTC said. The FTC also settled with CompuCredit's wholly owned subsidiary Jefferson Capital Systems.
