Competitor Says Rite-Aid Cheats

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (CN) - Rite-Aid deceptively marks at least five of its products as protected by patents though it knows the products do not use the patents claimed on the labels, Zanfel Laboratories claims in Federal Court. Zanfel claims Rite-Aid does this to deter competition in poison ivy treatments.
