Company Says It Was Bamboozled

SEATTLE (CN) - A company claims it paid Netinterwork and its boss Tony Thanh Cong Tran more than $2 million for unauthorized Cisco computer products, some of which had been stolen. Varolii Corp. sued in King County Court.

Varolii claims Thanh sold the products outside of Cisco's authorized channels, and Cisco - not a party to this case - refused to provide the services and warranties that the defendants promised.

Varolli is represented by Perkins Coie.
