DENVER - A former employee claims Gen-X Clothing No. 63 fired her and threatened to have her arrested for "trespassing" after she truthfully reported that its manager Martin C. Rangel overpowered her and "forcibly ha(d) sexual intercourse with her without her consent" in a storeroom, in Federal Court.
