LAS VEGAS (CN) - In competing lawsuits, Jet Imports and John and Lynne Tauchen claim their ex-office manager Heather Combs embezzled $60,000, stole their customer list and tennis bag designs, charged $7,900 to the company on her last day of work, took company credit cards and continued to run up bills on them, failed to pay company debts but threw the bills away and intercepted calls from creditors, and used the stolen designs to start her own competing company, Whak Sak. But Combs, also in Clark County Court, claims Jet and the Tauchens sexually harassed and defamed her and her business - for instance, accusing her of embezzlement - and said, among other things, that she is incompetent and dead.
