Company Demands USGA OK Wind Gauge

MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - Windage LLC sued the U.S. Golf Association in a federal antitrust complaint, claiming the USGA improperly refuses to approve its wind detector for golfers. The USGA deems the device an illegal "artificial device"; Windage says the denial approval is costing it millions of dollars. See complaint.
