The CFTC claims Travis G. Capson of Kanab, Utah, and Arnab Sarkar of El Cerrito, Calif., defrauded investors of <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Commodities-Fraud-1.pdf"><strong>$8.3 million</strong></a> in a commodities fraud through their co-defendant company Denari Capital, in federal court.

SAN FRANCISCO — The CFTC brought a federal complaint against Travis G. Capson of Kanab, Utah, and Arnab Sarkar of El Cerrito, Calif., saying they defrauded investors of $8.3 million in a commodities fraud through their co-defendant company Denari Capital.
