RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Robert Leland Johnson IV, his wife Marisa Elena Johnson and their business Capitol Equity, all of Chino, defrauded investors of more than $1.7 million with lies and sham documents, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission claims in a federal complaint.
