Former students of Swift Transportation Co. say their commercial drivers licenses are unfairly being threatened with revocation. They sued Swift, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the Tennessee Department of Public Safety in Camden, N.J., Federal Court.

Northwest Airlines wants the US Bank National Association from launching its "FlexPerks" airline points incentive program, which allegedly is based on Northwest's "WorldPerks," in Minneapolis Federal Court.
