The FTC says Swish Marketing and Virtual Works dba EverPrivate Card and Secret Cash Card fail to disclose accurate information to consumers who seek online credit, in separate complaints in San Jose Federal Court.

Defendants in the Swish case are Swish Marketing, Mark Benning, Matthew Patterson, and Jason Strober.

Defendants in the Virtual Works case are Virtual Works aka Virtual Works fka Private Finder dba as EverPrivate Card and Secret Cash Card, Joshua Finer, and Jerome Klein.
