Regus Management Group claims IBM defrauded it and breached contract by misrepresenting the capacity and fitness or its products and pressuring Regus to have work done before the end of the financial quarter so IBM could meet its earnings guidelines. See complaintin Dallas Federal Court.

BCEA Payment Services, BCEA Payment Systems, Bob Guerin and Charles White are accused of defrauding a client of $226,000 in its Web-based Visa and Master Card payment processing, in Alameda County Court, Oakland.

Energytec, Frank Cole and others defrauded investors in a Ponzi scheme in the oil business and filed false documents with the SEC, Barlebella Oil claims in Dallas Federal Court.
