Commerce claims Trade The News swipes its online financial news reports and sells them as its own, in Manhattan Federal Court.

The Troll Co. demands $20 million from DIC Entertainment Corp., claiming it profited from plaintiff's financial squeeze to fraudulently induce it to license its Good Luck Troll to DIC, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

USAA Property and Casualty Co. are accused of taking so long to deny, in bad faith, a claim for a home fire,that it eventually claimed the statute of limitations on the claim had expired, in Bexar County Court, San Antonio.

Sergey Veselkov, Zao Nord Servis and a slew of others are accused of fraudulently inducing plaintiffs to invest in Nord as an alleged oil technology firm, but using it to fraudulently funnel illegal profits, including income from fraudulent visas.
