Motorola claimsAU Oprtonics, Chi Mei Corp., Samsung, Toshiba and other conspired to fix prices for LCD panels, and some of them have admitted it, in an antitrust complaint in Chicago Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in the Motorola antitrust complaint: AU Optronics Corp., AU Optronics Corp. America, Chi Mei Corp., Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp., Chi Mei Optoelectronics USA, CMO Japan Co. Ltd., Nexgen Mediatech, Nexgen Mediatech USA, Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd., Tatung Co. of America, Hannstar Display Corp., LG Display Co. Ltd., LG Display America, Samsung Electronics Co., Samsung Semiconductor, Samsung Electronics America, Sharp Corp., Sharp Electronics Corp., Toshiba Corp., Toshiba America Electronics Components, Toshiba Mobile Display Co., Toshiba America Information Systems, Epson Imaging Devices Corp., and Epson Electronics America.
