After defrauding customers who wanted to make the Hajj to Mecca in 2006, leaving them stranded at Kennedy Airport and refusing to make full refunds, USA Haj Mission dba Dar Al Muslimeen USA is offering the same package again, the State of New Jersey claims in a consumer fraud case in Middlesex County Court. The State also sues Al-Yamama Co. USA, Syed Naqvi, Azfar Naqvi, Ailya Naqvi, and Iffat Naqvi.

The United States of America sued Guardian Communication, United States Voice Broadcasting and their president, Kevin Baker, all of Moline, for abusive telemarketing and consumer fraud, in Rock Island, Ill., Federal Court.

Echostar Satellite claims Turner Media Group owes it more than $20 million for media services, in Arapahoe County Court, Centennial, Okla.

The USA claims James Roche, Debra Roche and Alarm King Inc. are abusive telemarketers. It seeks penalties and an injunction in Los Angeles Federal Court.

The USA claims Craftmatic Industries and affiliates and Eric Kraftsow are abusive telemarketers. It seeks penalties and an injunction in Philadelphia Federal Court.

The USA claims Direct Security Services, Steven Dockery and Gary Tidball are abusive telemarketers. It seeks penalties and an injunction in Wichita Federal Court.
