The San Diego Convention Center violates antitrust law by monopolizing and holding up competitors in the "trade show cleaning services" market in San Diego, United National Maintenance claims in Federal Court.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance claims it has no duty to defend or indemnify Liberty Cremation, Gerald Garzone, Louis Garzone or James McCafferty, who are accused, by other defendants, of harvesting tissue and organs from family members before cremating them, in Philadelphia Federal Court.
