Federal prosecutors claim Roosevelt Kyle dba Century One Resorts or Century One Associates filed fraudulent tax returns for other people since 1983, except for 2006, when he was in prison for doing it. Uncle Sam wants him to knock it off, and also sues Rebecca Tyree aka Ruby Tyree and COAFinancial Group and affiliates, T&N Fashion and Eagle Financial Services, in San Diego Federal Court.
