Kent Cochrum, CEO of co-defendant Crosslink-D, is accused of defrauding an investor of $200,000 that Cochrum solicited to develop a blood-clotting product, "Bloxx," but spent on undisclosed litigation, in Yolo County Court, Calif.

Ten companies sued The E. Comm Group, a payment processing company, and First Tennessee Bank, claiming E. Comm took $1.6 million of their money, and claims First Tennessee seized it, which the bank denies, in Denver County Court.

A class-action complaint claims AK Steel Corp. and Anthem Inc. nka Wellpoint defrauded policyholders of $80.3 million by selling 1.5 million shares of Anthem that policyholders should have been paid upon Anthem's demutualization, in Cincinnati Federal Court.

Kam Hing Enterprises and Sunham Home Fashions, both of New York, and JJ International Trading Co., of Hong Kong, illegally restrain trade in textiles by demanding that their Chinese suppliers not do business with plaintiff E&E Co. Ltd., E&E claims in Alameda County Court, Hayward.
