CNET Networks is illegally prohibiting Jana Master Fund from voting at an upcoming shareholders meeting because Jana has not held CNET stock for more than a year - a bogus and discriminatory act - Jana claims in Delaware Chancery Court.

Matthew Tucker, of Lee's Summit, Mo., and his companies Capital FX Group, Modern Global Finance, Trinity Capital Group, and others, defrauded 13 investors of more than $120,000 through continuing frauds, they claim in Jackson County Court, Independence, Mo. See complaint.
