General Motors and Voss Chevrolet sold a couple a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche as a "Flexfuel" car that could run on E85 ethanol fuel, but it wasn't, and when the E85 ruined the engine, GM refused or was unable to fix it, the couple claims in Montgomery County Court, Dayton, Ohio. See complaint.
