AT&T Tennessee claims federal law pre-empts The Tennessee Regulatory Authority's order that AT&T provide "competing incumbent local exchange carriers" with equipment and assistance at a regulated price. See complaint in Nashville Federal Court.

Shareholders claim Syms Corp. delisted their sharesto depress their value and buy them at an unfair price. Also sued in Bergen County Court, Hackensack, N.J., are Sy Syms, Marcy Syms, Antone Moreira, Henry Chidgey, Bernard Tenenbaum, and Thomas Zannechia.
