Burnet Realty dba Coldwell Banker Burnet sold insurance without a license to its more than 3,000 sales associates, according to a class-action fraud complaint in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis.
Merrill Lynch Capital Services claims Muni Funding Company of America LLC and Cohen and Company defrauded it in a series of complex financial transaction, in an $18 million claim in New York County Court. Also sued are Cohen Municipal Capital Management LLC, Daniel Cohen, Andrew Hohns, Matthew Fardy, Chris Ricciardi, and Chris Conley.
