In an antitrust complaint in Chicago Federal Court, DSM Desotech accuses 3D Systems Corp. of monopolizing the market for large-frame stereolithography machines and illegally tying purchases of the machines to purchase of resins used in the process.

In separate antitrust complaints in DC Federal Court, Bank of America, Wachovia Bank and slews of others are accused of conspiring to rig bids, fix prices and allocate markets for municipal derivatives. Fairfax County, Va., is lead plaintiff in both cases.

Co.; Trinity Funding Co., LLC; GE Funding Capital Market Services, Inc.; Genworth Financial Inc.; Natixis SA; JP Morgan Chase & Co.; Piper Jaffray & Co.; Societe Generale SA; AIG SunAmerica Life Assurance Co.; UBS AG; Security Capital Assurance Inc.; XL Asset Funding LLC; XL Life Ins. & Annuity Co.; Lehman Brothers Inc.; Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.; Morgan Stanley; National Westminster Bank PLC; Natixis Funding Corp.; Investment Management Advisory Group, Inc.; CDR Financial Products; Feld Winters Financial LLC; Winters & Co. Advisors, LLC; First Southwest Co.; and George K. Baum.

Victorinox Swiss Army claims EFCO dba Foundation Design and David Edelstein misappropriated $1.3 million they were supposed to buy ads with, in Hartford Federal Court.

Aon Risk Services of New York is accused of failing to disclose that it took commissions in procuring commercial property insurance, in a $6 million claim in New York County Court.
