BT Triple Crown Merger Co. demands in New York County Court that Citigroup and other major banks deliver on their promises to finance the $22 billion acquisition of Clear Channel Communications.

Here are the defendants in the Clear Channel case: Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Citibank NA, Citicorp USA Inc., Citicorp North America Inc., Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, RBS Securities Corporation, Wachovia Bank National Association, Wachovia Investment Holdings LLC, and Wachovia Capital Markets LLC.

In a fraud complaint in Jacksonville Federal Court, State Farm accuses St. Augustine Physicians Associates, Martin Monahan and Clark Monahan of running "an insurance reimbursement-drive personal injury mill."

Twenty-nine plaintiffs say J&R Ventures LLC and John Orecchio defrauded them of $2.3 million, in Chicago Federal Court.

Thirty-six plaintiffs say Morrison Homes built defectives houses, in San Joaquin County Court, Calif.

Eighteen plaintiffs say Standard Pacific Corp. built defectives houses, in Alameda County Court, Oakland.
