A corporate client claims it paid VIP Sports Marketing $34,500 for 10 "fairway" and "hospitality passes" at Torrey Pines for this year's U.S. Open, plus another $19,500 for hotel reservations, then VIP said it could not perform and tried to change the deal, in San Diego Superior Court.
