Directors of Anglo Dutch Energy and affiliates transferred $20 million to put it out of reach of people who won a judgment against the company, according to three claims in Harris County Court, Houston.
Here are the defendants in the Anglo Dutch Energy cases: Scott Van Dyke, Theresa Van Dyke, Anglo-Dutch Energy LLC, Anglo-Dutch (Tenge) LLC, and Anglo-Dutch Petroleum International.
